Depression, melancholy, sadness, tension, restlessness, lack of focus, anxiety, and anger often present themselves when we aren’t able to express our genuine selves. When we are suppressed and/or oppressed, deeply conditioned to believe things about ourselves that are not true, and covertly/overtly asked to live our lives in ways that aren’t aligned with our being, our spirits dwindle, our souls wander, and our minds escape.
As a holistic and trauma-informed therapist using Expressive Arts Therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Emotional Freedom Technique, Internal Family Systems, Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapies, and Somatic-based experiencing, we will collaborate in creating a space in your life and within you that fosters wellbeing.
